My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet, equipped with everything we needed like an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, make-up remover, and shoe polish. It was a nice and warm sanctuary away from the busy streets of downtown Prescott. The service was exceptional, with helpful suggestions for dining and a very professional and friendly staff. The location, although a bit far from good restaurants, was kept clean and well-maintained, making it great for specific events like meetings near Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. The dining experience, although slightly drafty and with cold tile floors, was decent and wood-fired pizzas were a delight. The facilities were adequate and served its purpose well, offering a satisfactory stay overall.

The location suited our needs perfectly as we had a function at Pioneer Park. The dining experience was satisfactory, although the breakfast options could have been better.
